Agiorghitiko [ Ah yor yee' ti ko ]
With balanced acidity and soft tannins many different wines are produced, from fresh aromatic reds to extraordinary aged reds

Assyrtiko [ A seer' tee ko ]
From the island of Santorini, this grape yields a bone-dry wine with citrus aromas, and earthy, mineral aftertaste.

Athiri [ Ah thee' ree ]
Also from Santorini (ancient name Thira), it produces wines slightly aromatic, having medium alcoholic content with low acidity.

Aidani [ Ah ee tha' nee ]
Mainly found in the Cyclades Islands. It produces wines pleasantly aromatic with medium alcoholic content and acidity.

Debina [ De bee' nah ]
Extensively planted in Epirus (western Greece), this grape has a dinstinctive aroma and produces wines low in acid and sugar.

Kotsifali [ Koh tsee fah' li ]
Indigenous to the island of Crete, this varietal is often blended as it produces high alchohol wines with big tastes

Limnio [ Lim' nee oh ]
From the island of Limnos, this is a full-bodied grape with a high alcohol content that is often blended

Malagousia [ Mah lah gou zya' ]
Found mainly in Macedonia it is especially aromatic, leading to elegant full bodied wines, with medium acidity.

Mandelaria [ Mahn dee lar ya' ]
Mainly from Rhodes and Crete, wines from this grape have high alcohol content and acidity with light aromas

Mavrodaphne [ Mav ro tha'f nee ]
Meaning "Black Laurel" it is blended with the Korinthiaki grape to produce a delicious fortified dessert wines from Patras.

Moschofilero [ Mos ko fee' le ro ]
A distinct aromatic grape from Mantinia region in the Peloponnese, it is crisp with beautiful floral aroma with hints of spices.

Moschomavro: [ Moh sko mahv' roe]
Deeply colored with notes of prunes, cherry and soft tannins. Also produces ideal Summer reds.

Negoska [ Neh go' ska ]
From the region of Goummenisa, this soft and fruity grape is often blended with bolder varietals like Xinomavro

Robola [ Ro bo' la ]
From the Ionian island of Cefalonia, this grape has some citrus and fruit aromas with smoky, mineral hints and lemony aftertastes.

Roditis [ Ro dee' tees ]
Roditis is a rosé colored grape that is very popular in many regions of Greece. It produces elegant, light wines with citrus flavors.

Savatiano [ Sa va tya no' ]
Savatiano is the predominant grape in the region of Attica creating well balanced white with an aroma of citrus fruits and flowers.

Xinomavro [ Ksee no' ma vro ]
Widely planted in Northern Greece this grape has rich tannins, great acidity, alcohol and is very aromatic.
